Vinyasa Yoga

Breath is the heart of the Vinyasa practice, linking the dynamic postures of yoga (asana) and breath (pranayama) creates a moving meditation in which mind and body are connected.  Like a dance, Vinyasa is dynamic!  It includes cardio, endurance, meditation, relaxation, and strength training. It is the practice of heating the body from the inside out, a practice that is free of judgement, a lifestyle free of ego, and a heart excepting of all people.
